Ingredients:-
1 litre Milk
1 Custard Apple
¾ cup Sugar
1 tsp. Green cardamom powder
¼ cup almond soaked, peeled and finely sliced


Method:-
1. In a heavy bottomed deep pan, add milk and boil over a medium flame.
2. Stir constantly and keep a steel spatula in the pan so that the milk does not over flow.
3. Keep stirring to avoid the milk from burning and reduce the milk to half.
4. Once the milk has reduced, add dry fruits, cardamom powder, sugar and boil for another 10 minutes.
5. Cool down to room temperature.
6. Deseed the custard apples and then add apple pulp to the reduced room temperature milk.
7. Chill in the refrigerator and serve it cold after 3 hours.

Sitaphal Basundi is ready to eat!
